"AION(1024) Failed to Initialize the game"

pls help..my aion failed everytime it shows the NCSoft loading screen.. it says "Failed to Initialize the game"

Pretty sure that's the directx error, if I'm not mistaken.

 

my DirectX is 11.. and just downgraded it to DirectX 9.0c sir.. still cant

 

start ur ncsoft launcher, right click aion -> properties -> language options and uncheck german and french, should work after

seems that was the cause for just half the people on retail aion, checked their forums. if that doesnt work we can try something else

 

already unchecked it sir..now im trying to repair it..hope this'll work out.. if not,can u suggest any steps for me to try to?

 

yea theres a few, what sux bout this error is that there r more possible causes giving the exact same error so u never know which one did it

when trying to run the game or the ncsoft launcher, use right click -> run as administrator

one more thing to check in the ncsoft launcher is ur file -> settings -> advanced -> region settings. if this wasnt set to north america, set it to it and repair
