quest "a missing father"

    I have problem with quest "a missing father" lvl 36 campain.. i lost propaganda and i can't continue without it. im on siel server name Huricane lvl 55 templar. please if one of GM's on siel can reset my quest or give propaganda.

    i can't becouse it's campaign in beluslan lvl 36 quest "A Missing Farther" and i cant do anything with it and i need it for other campaign quest's on other lands...

    Same thing happened to me as well. It's bugged atm (apparently the quest gives you the SECRET KEY) which is needed for the later area of the quest instead of the propganda item.
