Those players who passed through Togiri are Rangers in Mau Form. Of course they will pass through him, duh oh???
I don't know if it's really Speed Hack. Because the guy in Mau Form Swit or something like that can actually reach him. Then he used Charge so that Ranger can't catch up which makes it confusing. But anyway as I see it, Togiri even tried to use a short cut to make their distance smaller (0:06-0:13) the accused went a curvy line when he tried to go straight but the distance became bigger.
