On topic: I dont know how speed hack works. I am guessing they can turn it on and off at will? But some other factors could be present, a tiny bit of lag to the person frapsing, or lack of sunscreen during the summer, i dunno.

Aegis actually viewing:

#1: Togiri has a base runspeed of 9.3

Normally without title is 9.1

Plugging in base runspeed of 6.0 into calculator with 0.03 (3% runspeed title) gives us 0.18

9.1+0.18 = ROUGHLY 9.3

So he has a 3% runspeed title (AT LEAST).

#2: I saw no charge buff being used. It shows, I happily dispel it off of people. HAPPILY DISPEL IT.

And in the video in the last few seconds it does infact get used.

#3: The distance meter steadily goes up.


#4: When are rangers slow? Last time i checked they have (1) mau form (2) that wind buffy bow attack and speed buff thing that is a stigma and annoying... wind-walk? Something like that... if someone is able to keep up with the pace of a ranger that is WEIRD.

 

And as a note....
The player can appeal it in the ban system.
