Luncher problem

Hi recently i formated my h.disc and i needed to instal aion 1 more time. Im running W7 and i newer had any problem with connecting. I installed ncsoft luncher (selected NA region), i installed Aion via NCsoft luncher (version 2.6.0.4) i downloaded and installed gamez luncher. When i start the luncher first nothing happenes and in 10 sec time i get an info that luncher stoped working. i dont even get to see the luncher interface.
hmm its a fresh instaled W7 so maby im missing some programs. Any ideas?? (i installed .net framework 4.0 directx10)

 

Weird... i'm not sure if i understand your problem.
Have you placed the Gamez Aion Launcher(or crystal's) in the Correct Location? (Default: Start -> My Computer -> Local Disc C -> Program Files -> NCSoft -> Aion)

If the GamezAion Launcher crashes only then it is a Launcher problem i guess , not a Client problem.
Also try running the game through the .Bat launcher which can be found at www.gamezaion.com/GamezAION.rar , it works as a launcher.

Let me know what happened when done if you want :x

Ps: Try installing your Graphic Card's Latest Drivers aswell.

 

1) yea i installed the gamez luncher to my aion folder - doesnt work
2) i extracted the dat file in my aion folder and i lunched the game - success
3) but when i log in i cant i get a info "You cannot access the game through this IP. (22)"
P.S. i have latest graphic drivers

can enyone help me?? does enyone know why i cant connect?? and whats error 22??

 

today i tryed connecting from my univercity but i got the same error. can anyone provide some support? maby stuff ore devs can help me?

 

1. the gamez launcher not responding tends to be .net framework 4, u might wanna get windows updates for it later. the game runs on directx 9.0c btw, not directx 10
2. You cannot access the game through this IP. (22) tends to be an IP ban (could also be account ban). login to the website if u can and check the "ban system" in the control panel to see if uve been banned, u can also ask an AM to check for u

 

1. i have a desktop pc and a laptop. i was playing on my laptop when i was reinstalling W7 on my desktop and everything was ok. When i reinstalled W7 i couldnt log in from my desktop and from my laptop as well, so there is nothing wrong with my programs ore updates ore directx (i have original Aion and i installed directx from the cd). Also im running an oryginal W7 so its up to daye to.
2. i checked the ban system on the web page and theres no information so it seams my acouts isnt baned. I tryed to log in on my univercity (an different IP) and still i get the same info so its not about the ip. plz note that theres only 1 reason that would get me banned... OWNING IN HEIRON!
P.S. how can i ask AM if i cant log in?
