Item Lost from Trade (WOC)

ive try PMing AM/SAM and even Alente but no reply. :sad:

so i posted it here hope u can refund my item

when i relog the item is still in my inventory.
and i put it on my account warehouse



after putting it on my warehouse i go to sleep.
but after i wake up this morning it went missing on my account warehouse.
i already have a Wing of the Circle. (so with the trade i have the 2nd Wing of the Circle which is gone).


this is my original WOC. (as u can compare to the other 1. this 1 have low Condition lvl. and i take the SS in the morning when the Traded WOC is gone).
also notice that my scrolls at the right side is the same amount as the 1st pic i shown.

 

And where is the pic showing/proving that you had 2 WOCs?
The pic you posted shows only that you had 1 WOC and you say you still have 1 WOC, but claim that you had 2 and lost 1.
You need more proof.

the one that im using is also WOC. i didnt SS it thats my bad. i have SS of my WOC but i dont have the one that i traded at the same time.
