make him do ban appeal on his account. if they don't see any reason, then they got banned for multi-voting sh*t.

Ban's are between the GM issuing and the Player that was banned, hence the Ban Appeal system.
They can state their case there.

Other players? Well, for one we don't discuss bans of others with people other than the one banned.

i saw a speed hacker in heiron earlier today, and i saw an active GM online.
i pm'd him countless times but w/o a single reply.
hence, the hacker was running around not a single one who can chase him.. until the GM went offline.
