Lose credits and items

good day...i have a problem with my account..
yesterday i vote on gamezaion and i know i still have 1750 credits but soon as i opened my account this october 11,2011 i notice that my credits are zero and also my ABG necklace is gone...im not even a VIP player so i believe that this is not a spam because didnt make my account VIP in order to transfer my item to theirs..pls help...

 

1. check if your account has VIP now
2. check your purchase history. unfortunately there isnt an overall one for everything so ull have to check all of them individually (items, pets, titles)
3. do u play in a net cafe? multivoters tend to get credit wipes

 

im not VIP and when i check the history i just bought ABG necklace last June 28,2011
i am playing in a net cafe im not a multi voter ..

u dont have to be a multivoter, as long as anybody else votes after u on the same pc within 12 hours ur both screwed, thats the down side of net cafes

technically the logs r a proof, just that they dont care to check them

 

This is why I don't vote in shops ^^;

 

people r greedy and it gets everybody who plays there banned. all it takes is 1 moron multivoting on a pc and whoever voted there in the past 12 hours goes down with him

its possible someone in your cafe used keylogger or someting..or you used any program that requires you login or pass..
