    Unfortunately, Lupukin, the npc you need to get some of the components has no buy list. So the quest isn't completable right now. The siel's items are also no longer on the shop so you are kind of stuck hoping you can buy one off of a player - or hoping that they put a buy list back on lupukin.

    Some people bought a lot from that NPC when the buylist was there. I managed to get some ^_^
