Please give me the reason why i have been banned.

That's highly unlikely that you were banned for this reason, you speed hacked therefore got banned? It doesn't matter if you kill he/she's alt, you still did something to break the rules.

But i was sitting down AFK, for 5+ minutes, and i was speedhacking, i just came back disconnected. There were no GM's online. But i got banned for Speedhacking?

I spent money to get the account premium, to get an abyss bow, and Abyss gear.. i get it to all +15, i just start pvping and i get banned, for "speedhacking"

Apparently you are; I'm sure nobody else can log on your account while you're on it. You have been banned for a justified reason it seems. Don't complain because there is a slim chance you'll get unbanned I'm sure. Only thing that could have changed your post would be a moderator and I hope they wouldn't be low enough to do such a thing.
