[gm] why didn't i get my credit item?

Yesterday i finaly got 1k credits and decided to buy some Enchantment stones lvl 100 (15), I got and bought, then i gona to sleep and this morning i don't got the stones? why? I want them.. I just wasted 1k credits.. And yes, i had my inventory with no items on it.. Help

I selected character none .. Heres the proof (None means no character selected)

 

was your character logged off for 5 mins or so? cause if it wasnt then that could mess up you getting your items

 

u didnt buy it actually,

look at the Player: None


or is it ur IGN?

 

maybe also have a screenshot after you bought the enchantment stones, because that screenshot might mean that you haven't bought the stones at all and you still have credit. I guess they will just have to check the logs if u did buy them or not.

 

I cliced Player none what can i do??

 

Or Just Check U History For Proof .

 

You have a Char named None?
if yes.. check his inventory.

No That none means no char selected

SO check if u have the credits! Cause if u select none, u wont be hable to buy anything.

Check also your Purcahse History.

I really find it interesting that the first screenshot says none on the character selected. Which would mean you wasted 1k credits on no character at all, yet the hist... Wait is the history character specific? If not then yeah you wasted 1k credits on well no character at all.

Edit: Your second screenshot just confirmed my suspicion, you bought the stones for no character at all unless as stated previously you got a character named "None"

Then somehow you were able to purchase item to a non-existant player, because it should show the name that you had selected while purchasing the stones. :alien:

 

I selected >Add Items >Selected char's name But it turned into none and i dont have a character called none

I flicked Kari a quick message but she's probably going to be AWOL for a little bit and regrettably I don't have access to the credit logs so I can't confirm this.

Need to wait for Carl/Kari to approve the item recreation ;p

 

So u can purchase without sellecting the char! Well i need to make a char named None, probly he will get a bunch of credits like that ( or not). U just spent some credits in a void character, means u lost them. Well Alente answered your concearns.
