Disable Free Fly at Beluslan and Heiron

I'm confused... Last time I checked, Free Fly was limitless flying.. We have a limit, it's called 5 minutes.. I know it's not free fly, as I have used Wing Root on an Elyos Templar in Beluslan, and he crashed into the floor from no flight time left... Personally, I think dropping it to 30 seconds, as retail has it, would kill everything. You'd have to kill the trash in DP, which is annoying considering no one likes doing trash mobs and the fact if they made DP any longer, we wouldn't be getting people who want to have to do it again with a pug group that will stop before they get to the boss you need. Like my SM, it needs the Emergency Generator, with the flight time, I can get 2/10 groups that get to to it, without the flight time, I doubt I'd make it to the Elder from everyone quitting, AFK's, etc. Not to mention, if it was dropped to 30 seconds, could you imagine the price increase on mats to make flight scrolls and pots, and the price of the scrolls and pots themselves? Good god. It would be easy to make money, but on the other hand, the more money people get, the more they're willing to pay for other things, and the cycle of the economy dropping to shit and none of the newbies able to buy gear begins, so new people will leave as getting gear on a high rate server would be too long for a High Rate server or they'll turn to other means, such as hacking, duping, and the likes.

-edit- Also. I wouldn't be able to knock Elyos out of the sky in Beluslan if the time was dropped because they wouldn't be flying x.x

 

You've got the wrong idea dude. Free fly means being able to fly in any map. On retail only the abyss, main towns, and special places with aether nodes are open for flight.

Here you can fly anywhere. There is a faction of people here that want to make belu/heiron a ground pvp map. Though it's been beaten to death. This server will never feature ground pvp on those two maps.

How many players have we lost already is the question. I honestly do not want to say exactly why, but I think Carl will realize taking free fly away might be extremely useful in the next few weeks. But that's just our admins who log in for 5mins a day ;p

if that gonna happen how can me or like other crafter collect aether or other gem faster its a bull shit to make that happen without free flght just go to the hell

 

in retail your able to fly wherever aether is.

EDIT: The actual idea behind a suggestion on this server is a post filled with spam that goes into the trash seconds later. Thats what you get with an admin who barely plays or views the forums and seems to not care about the server at all

 

So there will be no difference instead of the rates...
Don't change anything, the server is great.
