    i have a probLem about my character name Spellofseduction , seiL/asmodian , i got DC when i Log in it , but when i Log in my other character in the same account it wont , pLease heLp me , especiaLLy GM/AM , THANKS !!!

    try not to double-post, its against the rules, and the solution to your problem is make an unstuck request through gamez aion's website in the user's control panel, then wait for a server restart and it should be fixed.

    Is the unstuck button already up? The last time I checked it was removed or somewhat. And about your problem. Try checking the "Ban System" in the control panel found at the left side (guess you already know that) and pray to God you're not in there. Or maybe just wait for the server to restart.     you have to wait till a server reboot, and make sure you dont log in your stuck characters after submitting unstuck request.

    ..we hve same problem..my assasin also cant log in..lol.. ashke my name of my character..ill wait for 5days..but still cant log in..i already submitted unstuck request..ill wait for restrt of server..lol
