btw any1 noticed how half the update list is actually the old update list? good old times when things r listed as fixed 5 times in a row and still dont work xD

a scroll maybe that can reset all skill cds but have a 15sec cd so you cant use same skills always, just a guess tho.. i guess il be rolling temp if this will be implemented

is there such items for skills? or reset CDs for dungeons?

 

The "old update list" was for Crystal, not Siel/Lumiel. If you're going to pull the troll card I do suggest doing some investigation prior.

As for the scroll, if a mechanic exists in the game it's bound to be implemented sooner or later.

Whether or not we actually allow such an item into the mainstream population, and what restrictions would be imposed upon such an item, is another matter entirely.
