I m a male playing both kind of characters.

The reason why males tend to play female characters, is not insecurity as someone said but escape from reallity. That s why we play the game if we play ourself what s the escape reality? what s the ROLE playing? So we play what we never were.It s normal

Then why fems play fem characters? Fems always wanna look perfect and they see their IRL flaws more than men. So that s why the choose to play females, to be the pretty female they never were...

As to the OP i didn t even bother voting cause i don t belong to the category that tries to find a partner from a videogame...and I tend to treat M/F players the same wayi don t give gifts to fems as many do, I help however all my ingame friends regardless of sex

OnTopic: Only few gurls who claim to be gurls in real life are real gurls, I could list the names as well ^^ Honestly, you can't know if the other is real gurl unless you voice/video chat the other person or even better, if you meet that person in life. BUT......... who really cares about who's behind the screen when you play and having fun?

I'm a guy who happens to like a girl toon in-game.
I Always play male characters with all the MMO's i played before except Aion.

Why play female characters in Aion?

For several reasons: 1: Cause Aion got some Awesome graphics I can make em look cute and hot, 2: I want something new since i always pick male characters with other MMO's i played before, 3: As the "TOP" reason why i have an "ALL GIRL" characters on my account making look-alikes of all the girls that i know/admire/loved!
