    i guess the first hokage sealed madara coz woods restricts other elements, not sure tho

    but that is one big chibaku tensei D:

    madara got the sage's eyes techniques while the first got the body, so if naruto gets the techniques of the younger brother( the one who's blessed w/ body techniques)then maybe he can defeat madara
