lesser Supplements are bugged

So I just got my abg bow and was all excited about making it +15, SO I grabbed alot of 60+ enchantment stones and bought 24mil worth of supplements. AS I was upgrading I noticed after awhile that my supplements were staying at the same amount and due to the high fail rate I was having I knew something was wrong. If gms can fix this matter that would be much appreciated even though I already wasted tons of kinah on all those 60+/L70 stones.

if it stayed the same u probably bought the wrong supplements or something. theres suppose to be a box that pops up saying if u want to use the supplements or not

 

there is nothing wrong there since there is only 1 kind of supplement for each type of items. All we can do is wait i think , and relog >.>

 

yeah It does pop a box BUT as I click *use 110 fabled supplements the stack of 1000 remains the same. I've tested out other supplements too on my other items too but that ended out with the same result just pure fails.

Yea I've tried that, I already closed my game and everything but same thing happening. I wasted alot of kinah in this incident so I didnt want other players to feel the same to. Hopefully a gm will look into this matter soon.

Only thing I can think of is maybe the bow color is bugged. Perhaps it is orange, but the game reads yellow? The supplements have worked properly for all my items.

 

Supplements have so far worked for me too, though tbh i haven't even logged in since today's crash, so who knows what it fucked up...

 

Is perhaps my account bugged? Usually I am able to use the supplements just fine too Ive made a few items +15 using the supplements it's just after I bought my ABG bow today from itemshop that I became incapable of using the supplements anymore. As I stated before I've tested other supplements with my Anuhart gears and that ended up with bad results too.

Are they being consumed with your anuharts? Note that even with supplements, results will suck if you don't use lv67+ stones.

 

Yeah if the stone level is too low it won't let you enchant. I.E. it says enchanting but nothing gets consumed. For Anuhart Class Equips and Tahabata you need lvl 70 ideally.

and for +10-15 you should use lvl 100. Not obligatory but more efficient...

 

When I upgrade my Anuhart gear usually this is how I do it *note that I use supplements from +1-15*
1-5= L50-60
6-10=L60-67
11-15=68-70

With Taha/My ABG bow I was extra careful so I bought all L63-70 stones BUT The problem lies with the supplements not being consumed I mean who would expect L63-70 stones failing to get to +3? And L70 stones goes for about 20mil each too those are not so cheap(well for me anyways ^_^)

*Please note that me and my friends have made +15 taha's using just 60-68 stones I guess it comes down to luck on that part

 

The bow is bugged if the supplements aren't being consumed. I'm also fairly sure that even with lv70 stones, you are going to have the 50% base rate on a lv55 fabled class bow. Your best option is to purchase lv100 stones, which give a 95% rate to everything. If you are lucky, the stack of 15 you get will not give that 5% failure and you can go from 0-15.

 

I certainly hope the bow isn't bugged x.x! its my first abg item, I hope to hear from someone whois tested out using the supplements today. Thanks for the advice though with the L100 stones BUT look at those PRICES!!!

 

I've found sitting down while enchanting/socketing reduces failure rate. I'm guessing it has to do with lag as opposed to increasing success rate.

 

Yea I sit down where not much people around too.

Gms this matter is still not fixed yet please look into this, I've got a friend to check if supplements works for him too and it still isnt using any supplements.

Yup, I got the same, yesterday I was spending the supplements and made my bow easily to +15. and my anuharts to +10.

Today I was using the supplements, but like 1000 of them but they remained the same altho I thought they would be used in the process.
I recall that I used 10 level 60 stones, 20 lvl 70 stones and I only got a +3 gear, lmao inched:

So I'm not going to enchant anymore until this issue is fixed, ur not the only one.

 

hey mine is bugged too, I've bought 12mill worth of Lesser Fabled supplements and it does prompt me to use the supplement. End result, no comsumption of supplements and I failed to upgrade my anuhart items. I used about 10 lv50-60 enchantment stones and about 10 lv60-70 enchantment stone just to get my anuhart templar armor to +1. So i am assuming my supplement is bugged ?
