You have been banned.

You need to go to the main website and click on Ban System, then you can view your ban details and appeal your ban if you wish.

i do agree with this... if you got more accounts, then try to check on em see which 1 got banned.. then make an appeal there.

Why do everyone who gets banned, once they get told think that someone else is going to tell them different?

Do you play at home or in a cafe?

 

As Sycth and the others said, your IP has been banned and since there is no Ban listed in the Ban System then you got banned for Multivoting. (Voting with multiple Accounts, voting more than once within 12 hours) And the ban is permanent, you cannot appeal it.

Now if you believe there was a mistake and you have never voted with more than one account, try contacting Alente. (or Carl the Administrator by emailing him at admin@gamezaion.com)
However, do not even think about lying because you will only make things worse for you.

ps: Note that if you play from an Internet Cafe (From a Cyber Net, a Public Internet Spot, or however you would call it), the IP is one for everyone and if someone votes once, the others have to wait 12 hours. If they use a Proxy to vote, the IP will be banned.
