Channels not working

ok, so here i have to computers.... me and my wife play aion on gamez aion...
i installed both games equally last week...
and today (august 13th) she can see the channels (Region, Trade, LFG, Class) and i cant....
i wonder why?? do i have to download something?? shes a sorc im a temp.... if that matters....

ive searched to see if i foudn any other topic about this and i couldnt find one.... so im posting it....

 

its buggy sometimes and doesnt "sign you in" to the channels, normally when i relog it fixes it

Try relogging in Pandaemonium or Sanctum. I've had this issue a lot, it only fixes if I relog in Pandae, sometimes after a manual restart it fixes, but usually relogging in Pandae is needed.
