QQ i did not get Credit for my $150 Donation

I believe its good to support something you like and enjoy. With the same thoughts about this server I bought $150 worth of credits but have yet to see even a single credit to be awarded. Its really disheartening to spend your hard earned money only to get disappointment. So if any GM can right this wrong please do so. Thank You.

Other ppl have had that problem as well. It happen to me also with superRewards too. First and last time I used them. There is a thread somewhere that gives a phone number to call them. It has to do with security they say. Sooooo just give em a call and tell them u are who u say are and answer their questions. They should give u the credits within 24 hours.

Now if you click on SuperRewards link to donate it dosnot take you to the donation options but to a different page...what is going on ?

 

SuperRewards refunded me my purchase, even after the $150 incident I purchased additional $10 to see if a smaller amount will go through because they are certified by Better Business Bureau which is big deal o.o
