    I get a video and use a torrent program but like none of them work. It'll say downloading but nothing happens.

    Download uTorrent, then open the torrent file and wait for it to start downloading? It takes a few minutes sometimes for it to actually start downloading. Click this

    You downloaded the torrent file yes?

    Also, torrents work off P2P system, therefore you are downloading the data directly off another user, but if the person with the data is no online then it won't download.

    Try downloading a torrent with quite a few Seeders on it.

    Check the Seeds of the torrent.. and the commend always.... Many dumps put Porn/Virus/ or bad quilities videos instead those the title saying!!

    I prefer to use uTorrent.
    Check the seeds.
    Try downloading the torrents that have the most seeds, cause its faster.
    Try to find trackers from your country.
