Map bugged

I have several chars in different login and then when all when tightening [m] or [n] to display the map is not shown already checked the commands are correct and also has [alt + m] or [alt + n] any of these open neither the map nor the transparent map world map already tested it on all options and would not want to give to solve this problem for min since I can not get no map ^ ^ thank you for attention
