how much time i must wait more??? or is that never solved my problems??

hello amd and gms... i got like more than 2 months with a problem of a 2 items that i buy from ws but never appear in the vault.... that is the first of my problems =)
the 2nd problem is and soleil fo that i buy from ws too.. i added pink option and when i was add the yellow op the item was bug (NOT DUPE, BUGED) that when i put the mouse on his the mu closed (no wait the 5 seconds) closed at all...
and the 3rd and bigest problem and i think that isnt just my problem is about the hackers and buggers that are make this mu go down... making the mu a piece of crap =)

mmmmmmmm you GM's or AM's should check the logs? ever heard of that? i mean it isnt that ****ing hard.. just find out his ip type it find proofs he bought and and give it to him. **** sake make me a GM il do that for everyone -.-
