Please help, i have a big problem.

I'm new in this game ''Aion'' and i just downloaded the game and installed it and putted the server as well and when i opened it i selected server and nothing happend. Like in this image its stays there. Please help meUploaded with ImageShack.us

 

Just keep trying a few times, it happens to me quite often

 

i tryed 2hours and still same problem anything else? ;(
oh and when i press select server the game blocks and i have to close it with task manager..

 

I have the same exact problem. One additional thing to mention is that if you wait long enough the game will eventually just give a 'disconnected from server' message and close itself down. Usually takes about 10 minutes for this to happen though.

I would greatly appreciate some kind of response to this problem.

Also, just for the sake of making sure it wasn't some strange recurring annoyance, I tried to connect multiple times on both servers. Same result every time. I haven't found anything on any of the FAQs that fixes this or even mentions it as a possible problem, though I did try several of the solutions listed there including 'Repairing' my client with the NCSoft Launcher.

 

What version of the game are you at?

 

reinstall gamez launcher.

 

If you just downloaded the game itself, your client is 2.7. We support 2.6.

You will also need to set your client to NA Region.
NCsoft Launcher, Right click AION / Properties.
Region Select : North America
