now that i thought more bout this subject. it actually takes a bit of both.

weakness consists in the fact that u cannot continue ur life (just as i said in the prev post) and the strenght to actually commit the suicide.

weakness. suicide is a permanent solution for a temporary problem ( if u get what i mean >.<) if u want to prove your strength then try and solve these problems and prove others that they were wrong. if u think that deciding on committing suicide is a strength... well i think thats like giving up all your dreams and ppl that you love.

I can't find it a strength when it's 2v1 or 1v1 then the one I am chasing (Cleric) will jump off to the water to escape, keep healing himself just so he wont die from my or any of our attack or make us all bored waiting for him to die until he let himself die from the water. Funny thing is I was with my Chanter so I went down and finished him off, made my HP bar full as I keep suffering from deep water damage and used Return = no death...

Ok... That was a bit, out of place. My point is... Suicide in my own opinion is an act of being a coward. I used that experience in-game awhile ago to make my point of view clearer and easier to understand so don't think I was out of topic But who the hell cares about what others will think of you if you commit suicide right? You don't. It's your choice and yours alone, they don't live your life so they don't know what you're going through. But what I know is, we may be in different shoes but it doesn't make us different from all the trials we're facing since all the decisions/actions we do have all the consequences in return. It's not like someone's exempted?? And for me those who thinks that they got all the problems in the world, the most unlucky person living, etc. is a complete moron. I wouldn't even wonder if he/she commits suicide.

As what others already said, facing your problem is what Strength really means. Living each day is a battle for each and everyone of us. And surpassing all the problems/trials that comes our way doesn't just make us stronger but also makes us maturer, it makes us all grow.

If we learn from our mistakes, learn the lessons that each problems wanted to teach us, then that's a progress for an individual. Suicide is a like cutting a class. It's a way to escape your teacher. And in the end you will regret what you did because the teacher wanted nothing but to teach you what you have to learn. But then, a successful suicide will not even let you regret things since it's no longer possible, right?

Depending on the reason.

If you suicide for faith and for humanity or at least for your people, I consider it an act of strength, having the balls to give your life for others. But if you're just a depressed bastard who choose to cut your wrists because mom or dad or even your girlfriend said you don't deserve to live then I say that's a faggot's act.
