Manastones on items disappearing!!

Ok, the first time I had this happen to me, I put a pair of +10 Annointed Plate Greaves in the broker on the asmodian side, I socketed it fully with Attack+5 manastones, I went online the next day, the stones weren't showing up. Now, just today, I bought a Heroic grade level 32 spear from the broker, socketed it fully with Attack+5 manastones and +10'd it, I sent it to my other toon for whom I bought it for(all asmodian side), the toon gets the spear, and the manastones are once again, gone.....what the heck is going on with that?

 

I need assistance with this. GMs, Alente, Albull, somebody....I'm getting very annoyed with this happening.

 

First I've heard of this, will have to keep an eye out.

Can't think of a logical reason as to why it would occur.

 

Alente, is it possible the items might be duped? I can't for the life of me figure it out but I'm wondering if that could be a possibility...

 

well , happened to me as well , but not random ... this guy prolly saw my post and he`s trying to get free stones , lol

When it happened to me was like that :

yesterday with like one hour before server crash , i enchanted my full EAT set at +15 and socketed with attack / cs +15 stones ... the greaves i had enchanted with a day before . After crash + rollback , my +15 items came back at +0 , and manastones missing ...

now i made them back at +15 , with 3b kinah loss because of the crash ... i suppose no one will repay back , like no one will pay me back for the duped items i bought , though Carl said dupe method was fixed ?
i have one bad luck after another ...

 

it happened once to all players! after a crash, but ramdomly to a specific player its the first time i read about.

 

Dude, seriously? Don't sit here and bash, if it happened to you, think of how many other people this could be happening to and they don't even realize it? Are you kidding me?? Come on...

 

Wondering if anything has been found out about the issue.

 

Alright, fairly annoyed here now....

The +10 Annointed Plate Greaves I put up for sale in the broker that lost their attack+5 manastones didn't sell, and now that I get it back, the +10 is GONE.....this is a little on the ridiculous side, it isn't cheap to enchant gear to +10 or +15....I want to know what is being done about this crash bug problem with the items....because this is getting out of hand.

I'm not sure if this crash bug attacks items in the broker only, items enchanted and socketed the day of the crash, what have you, but answers are needed with this. I don't want to look at my toons everyday and see something else I did work on to enhance it's quality, become affected by this bug.

 

by the way.. could this case be similar to some thread i read the other day? here's how it goes.

the dude sold remodeled anuhart in private shop, and people bought it, and apparently it reverted back to unremodeled state. now this could be the buyer scamming him, but hear me out.

the common thing in the two cases is, the trade. not /trade thing. but when using "3rd party" seller. ie, private shop and broker.

i can only think of that when these items registered into "3rd party seller", the server accepts the item yet give out the item with original stats/condition to the buyer.

 

Well with today's major patch the way items are handled by the server has been completely changed, if there was a bug here it has more likely than not been unintentionally eradicated. Having said that prior to the patch we were unable to recreate the issue.

Unfortunately there's no way for us to confirm your story however so I cannot restore your items, still if it did actually happen it is unlikely to again.
