Transfer character failed

I tried to transfer my character from server lumiel to siel but the character Did not transfer and 1500 Credit has been gone ... my character name : bloodriver

waiting for reply asap ...

 

How long has it been exactly?

i'm sure that my charecter name in lumiel is Bloodriver ..

is your character not yet transferred?

 

Doesn't matter the name, you would just get an _UNK and a ticket to change ur name.
U probably tryied to log in b4 the transfer was over, or u had more than 7 chars in Siel/Lumiel

 

i got the same problem :S

 

With the SS he had, he has 7 characters in lumiel, would that effect when he transfers to siel?

 

yap not transfer unitl now ..

Rules and Restrictions

• You cannot transfer a player within a legion
• You cannot transfer to a server with more than 7 players in your account on that server
• Your account must be offline during the transfer
• Your account must have 1500 credits to start the transfer
• Your player abyss points will not be transferred
• Your player friends list will not be transferred
• All broker items will not be transferred
• All player mail will not be transferred
• If another player has the same name, "_UNK" will be added at the end of your name and you will be given a name change ticket

you have a legion and More than 7 characters in ur account..thats why...well that's your fault

 

I dont have legion and i only have 6 characters...

 

did you find any sloution for that.... is there any Gm or Am can help

 

I hope a GM will answer this coz i dont want to waste 1500 credits and the transfer fails >.>

the first time it happened to me i waited 1 day and my credits were recovered, so i tried again and failed! alente refund my credit but my character wasnt transferred so i tried again this morning(omg 3 times) and failed again :S 1 hour has passed and nothing yet

@icemonster i was from Siel and i succesfully transferred to Lumiel but i didnt like the server, less people but MOAR ZERG so im trying to transfer back to Siel

@Crucified ohh you should give it a little more time and yeah i hope i wont have problems when i transfer

 

It seems most people are struggling going from Lumiel to Siel but Aegis did it yesterday with no problem at all.
