always offline

when i start luncher there is always status offline server.. i was try with .bat file and always "cant connect with authorized server", it hapen not only to me.. but my friends with same internet provider they got same problems only can connect to the web, but when i use my client to connect with defrent provider it can connect to the game.. plz help:sad::sad:

ps : my client still use 2.6 version

Well if your friend is having problems too with a certain ISP and you say it works on a different ISP then maybe it's time to change ISP.

 

if i change again its will make expensive cost... i cant do it.. if gamez do ban ip plz realese it...

 

If it was a Ban you would be able to at least open Aion and then you would be informed that you cannot access the game through your IP when you tried to log in.

Try repairing your client and then downgrading to 2.6 but make sure your settings is North America.
