Server Lag / Downtime (Crash) - Updated 11/08

A time for when the server is going to be back hasn't been announced, tho Alente has said that they are just testing the update first and they will be putting the server back up, so shouldn't be to long, in the next 10-30 minutes i say,

lol Im pretty sure it would have been announced in bold letters when the servers back up due to the amount of Posts that have been popping up LOL.

All day.

It hasn't been all day. It has been an hour. It may have been a bad choice of timing for an update (weekend) but when the service is free, we can't complain. Aside from this setback, this server has been very, very good.

Of course. I have only been with this server for one day. I chose an update day. However, I only crash once every few hours... Which is much better than the other servers I've tried.

People must forget real fast what the legit servers were like. Laggy ALL the time, announced down time, and even though it would say 'Server will be down no more than 3 hours' they would be down all day, scheduled events never coming, no help or explanation for random crashing, I think this is much better than NCSoft.

 

i know server good only bad = to many player use cheat and no fun... elyos vs 10 hacker asmo? speed hack cast time hack and more.. my fly time to 17.5 asmo run 50 fly speed and more funny...

 

Well he has a point you can't complain about free..... But It would be nice if Carl could trust one person in a Different Time Zone with sever access so when it crashes at night the other one is on and can restart it. Cause then it would make things alot easier and more traffic for his server. that way we don't have to wait and people don't have to wake him, even know no one has his phone number.

 

Well, I don't know about the official server, but I tried a few others before I came here... This one is MUCH better. I lagged constantly on the others, I don't lag half as much here. I love it.

I don't know but hopefully the servers up soon, I wanna level up my sin >.> and honestly this is better then the original.

 

Every side has their good and bad players, it's not only Asmo side that hacks. Anywhere you go it will be exactly the same. At least this server has points where it is up for hours upon hours despite the small lag spikes it has. For how many players it has I say that's expected.

And as it was said in other pages.. no you will not need to download anything.

 

lol I know its not too convincing from my mouth since I'm asmo.. but i've seen way more elyos hacker than asmo harcker. And its not as bad as you say it is. I'm doing pretty fine with my ranger. I rarely get killed and I dont even hack. Its all about skill. My rangers attack speed would seem like a cheat to me when I started playing aion lol So because you havent seen good players that doesnt mean they actually cheat.
