log in issue and 2.7?

I'm on the pacific coast, is 2.7 up and running? When i log in it says "already logged in. (7)" but when i punch in my id and password again and press enter it goes to the agreement and when i agree it wont continue to my characters. Please help thank you.

 

Please be aware that GamezAION is currently on version 2.6, Updating to 2.7 will result in you not being able connect. CrystalAION is running 2.7 - only update if you play on this realm.

 

what does it mean by realm? (yeah im pretty new)

 

well we cant exactly say server coz gamez has 2 servers (siel/lumiel) and crystal has 1

what they meant was unless ur playing on crystal aion (which is 2.7) u shouldnt update since gamez is still 2.6

 

so in order to play 2.7 i have to make an account with crystal aion?

 

dont decide which 1 to play just based on this

crystal updated to 2.7 yesterday, gamez will be 2.7 today (tomorrow the latest) xD so just wait. if ur desperate u can downgrade ur client back to 2.6, takes a 55mb file to do it

 

idk if he must do that...coz i have 2.6 and i keep getting dc/ed...maybe theyr are doing sommehting ...maybe update ...

 

the update wouldnt happen with the server up, they have to shut it down first

 

oh alright then i was just hoping that by this morning gamez would of been on 2.7 by now so i waited to post this till then. That log in message should disappear after 2.7 is ready?

seems like your character is stuck make an unstuck request and dont log in your account until a server restart which any way there will be an update so just have to wait,
