This godstone is working. I dueled someone and it proced. They weren't too happy. On my Chanter, it hit for about 4,200 dmg. I have seen this proc more on my Chanters staff than my Templars mace. On my Templar, with the 3760 on my ABG Warhammer, I've only seen it proc once in PVP and basically 3 shotted a Cleric.

Thats why its called 1% godstone . Do not think that if its 1% it will proc once at 100 hits . You can hit 1.000 times to proc only once , as you can hit 10 times and it will proc . Evrything it's about luck . Now to be sincier with you , you should try to use a ''real'' godstone . Get the 10% one which has 400 dmg basic dmg ( @ 800 dmg inficted ) . Its realy awesome .
Or you can start to use the op-ness of a 10% silence godstone ...
