The silence don't work 100% anymore and sleep arrow is about 80% none of the slow skills work in air. They just give sin 100% stun-lock and chanters 100% stun-lock. WTF I don't see you GM doing anything about those stun-locks.

well if the proc rate isn't 100% for ranger.. then i really wish they nerf the proc rate of other class too.

yea you said that cause you stun-lock with your sin and 1-2 skill sroc that is all you play. YOU NOOB! You will cry if your sin don't stun-lock anymore you NOOB.

 

Magic resist might explain it too. I'm told sleep/silence arrows are magic based skills.

Btw, rangers have a skill they can use which will auto-resist two of my spells, and can just RS out of the only stun my class gets. I can haz ranger nerf?
