Current Stuck Problem - Official

    Can't connect to server

    So I log in to my account and log onto a toon. after one min I get the message disconnected from the server.
    I waited about 5 min and tried to re log thinking maybe they took the server down for updates. When I tried to log in the next time I got the failed to connect to server message before I was able to even get to the character connect screen. I play on siel server. please let me know if it's down if not I have a problem and need help please to reconnect. thanks

    Sorry for the post the problem seemed to fix itself. Strange that never has happened to me on gamez before, also I tried to log back on 3 times before I posted again sorry for wasting the time of the staff.

    some1 else had this issue today, just keep trying and itll work :p what usually happens is ur char is still stuck online but it auto d/cs him after a few mins due to the d/c check (no user input)

    Stuck on server select -

    When I pick a server my aion cliet get stuck, I still hear music and can move my mouse (not a freeze).
    I downloaded and installed aion today, it automaticly upgraded to 2.7. Could this be the problem?
    If it is, do I need to downgrade to 2.6.x.x?

    stuck at hero selection !

    When i put my acc/and pass i stuck at hero selection i press start and nothing pls HELP !

    Stuck?

    After this "lag/down" episode minutes ago, i cant loggin any char o_o
    I click on them, and nothing happens, if i alt+tab and back to game the mouse thing its gonne and i cant do nothing.. wth ? I didnt updated my aion and i was plyaing just fine before this "down time".. halp?

    Please be aware that GamezAION is currently on version 2.6, Updating to 2.7 will result in you not being able connect. CrystalAION is running 2.7 - only update if you play on this realm.

    Gamez isn't 2.7 YET.
