Expert Aethertapping Ring

Anyone know if this is in the game, since today's update? I noticed aether nodes had a new tooltip which mentioned the ring

 

First you have to know how to get it before you can check if its in-game

Once the two Aethertapping Expert quests listed above are completed, the player will be endowed with the Expert Aethertapping Hat (perfect for strutting and imposing jealousy on others in Sanctum or Pandaemonium), and will be able to learn the next level Aethertapping skill from the trainer.

This skill allows the player to raise their Aethertapping skill from 399 to 499.

Quest Summary:

Players can begin the Aethertapping Expert quest after reaching 399 Aethertapping skill. Speak to the Aethertapping Master in Sanctum or Pandaemonium to start the quest. Following a conversation with the Aethertapping Master, players will receive the Expert Aethertapping Ring which is used to extract rare kinds of Aether.

Pick up the ring from the nearby Aethertapping Items merchant after speaking with the Aethertapping Master.

In order to complete the Aethertapping Expert quest, players must extract two rare kinds of Aether, which can only be found while the player is wearing the Expert Aethertapping Ring.

Complete the first quest by returning to the Aethertapping Master with the two rare kinds of Aether.

Once the first quest has been completed, players will receive a second quest from the Aethertapping Master which sends them to the temple in their capital city for a brief ceremony. Following the ceremony, players are awarded the title of Expert.

Rewards:

Upon completing the two Aethertapping Expert quests, players will be able to increase their Aethertapping skill to 499 by speaking with the Aethertapping Master, and will also receive the Expert Aethertapping Hat.

In addition to displaying items gatherable though Aethertapping on the mini-map, the Expert Aethertapping Hat is no ordinary hat; it’s symbol that proclaims to all of Atreia “Yes, I’ve tapped that Aether, and I tapped it very well”.

It seems that you get the ring from the quest to become a expert so if this is implemented then the ring I'm sure would be in game
