New player questions

Hello
I am new both to this server and the game. I don't really understand it, so please help me.
I have noticed that leveling is fast. How do you guys leveled when you were still new players? Questing? If so, which ones. Id like also to ask where to get good equipment, since the leveling is fast, I'm sure i need new equipments every level haha. I wonder why is need to get good Armor to enter in Legions if the server rates are high.

Not beeing rude, but the only way to "know" the game is not be lazy and do many quests as u can no matter the time it takes.. Quests takes u to new places, new maps, new mobs and new itens.. U learn how to use ur skills and how to defend of others.. Yeh, theres some ways to leveling faster, but my advice to u: do all the campaing quests and pay attention when doing it.

All that I can say is please take your time with the leveling process. its important to learn your class inside and out along with small tips and tricks that will help you succeed later on, One problem most face is leveling to fast and not having enough time to learn these basic essentials. So you will reach end game with absolutely no clue on how to most effectively play your class to its full potential.

@freaxx - I don't pretend to be lazy, its just i never played an MMORPG like Aion before. And to be honest, i think i never played an MMORPG before, i played Secret Of Solstice but it was only a little amount of time. And thats why i find Aion a bit confusing.

@Aegis - Thanks Aegis, for showing me the Guide. I should pay more attention from now on.

@Noonie - So i should stop leveling in order to learn more about Cleric? (i choose this class)
That might be a good idea. I am level 18 and i understood a bit of their role. This is a PVP server, so their role might be a little different.

@Nicvict - Thats nice of you. If by mentoring you mean tech me some basics of the class and other things, fine. If you meant to level me fast as possible without any advices, i think i would not like it ^^'
