Lately.

I've been hearing voices inside my head, insomia, hallucinations, stress + add smoking frequently and a lack adrenaline.

Not to mention the heartfelt grudge i hold against my parents.

Yeah, i know what you're thinking, i'm seem to in the point of breaking and being crazy.

ughh.

Start reading something.

 

Stop smoking, especially weed it may be fun to get high every now and then but if you do it tooo much your going suffer panic attacks and stuff.

Right now you are most likely suffering stress maybe with education? or work? or even the stress of your parents? consult with a psychologist its strongly recommended

 

well ive been doing guitar, but after i find it weird when i hear sounds like *psst!* or someone calling out my name even though there's no one around and i can see shadows and stuffs.

im broke. and i aint got time.

The grudge is probably causing your insomnia, which is causing your hallucinations and voices in your head. Lack of sleep really messes with your mind. After a while the smoking can probably contribute to your stress which would probably eat at your adrenaline as well.

I'm not a doctor or anything though D: Those are just my assumptions.

 

hmm ok lie down relax do not go on the computer think about life and solutions, think about your parents how can you solve your grudge against them? or talk to someone close preferably a girl and tell her your problems they usually find a way to help you out

 

my girl is a douchebag. even im away on the computer. still this things occur. -.- sadly, i am now a hypochondriac type of person
