How come this happened.?

Before the server crash i was still raiding Via solo mode!!

This morning i woke up with a very good mode.. Take a bath eat my breakfast and went to school..
After school i directly went home and change clothes and open my Laptop to Vote and after a while i decided to play cos i get bored scanning my Facebook..after that recently i posted about what happened to my Aion and it says that
" Your ID or Password is Invalid " and I just remember that i forgot to update my launcher..First i opened my Ranger the items are still there i was still raiding..after i got bored of my ranger because when gladiator Uncle Snare me i cannot remove it with my pots and i decided to opened my char and after i relog i was shack about what happened to my Abg set and my Abg crit acces have disappeared and was left was only my Mcd spear fused with App..

Any gm can see my inventory know im still OL so that i can prove that im not lying....

 

guess someone took all your stuff from your account

 

i think your account got hacked and why does the legion switch from the pioneers to playtime?

Let me correct that for you It starts with Playtime when he had abg gear then once he lost it his char was in the pioneers legion.

 

the picture taken that i was still wearing my abg is a post picture of mine but i was keeping it incase of problem like this and the legion who care about it..?

 

1.- pictue matters since if u were in ur char and u relog and then open ur inventory like u said o.o you would of still have the same legion.
2.- o.o that means you relog and then move the stuff and change legion or the person who took ur stuff move ur char to that legion which is odd.
3.- XD take fraps :O ish better than SS.
4.- gl to u getting ur stuff back :3

 

sadly and sincerely they won`t give ur itens back, my account got hacked and i lost everything and they did nothing about it

 

tnx for all your support ^^ but im not that kind of person transferring item to get new one why would i and if you want i can give you my facebook account and see my char there and my items now in game..

Swamp there something fishy about your screenshots, I am sorry, I Smell something funny about it I know for sure GM's will feel the same, like Uthi said Mrsashaa is no longer in legion, you have more scrolls on first one, and if hacked hacker take everything, and not to mention on you whisper; You are in middle of trade -which indicate that you werent worried about you shit. But good luck.

 

I'm pretty sure that i won't get back, it happened about 2 months already :B
But keep trying maybe they give it back to u! good luck

 

Thats why I opened a suggestion on Hacked Accounts Policy... Check it out in suggestions... They will never give you your stuff back and wont even bother to check logs...

..the fact is the old picture have more scrolls because i was still using that in coming days i played i traded that scrolls to items and only the Abg got lost nvm the scrolls or what so ever.. i realy hope i can get back my items i want to play again...huhu
