Lost $49 from Donation...

WTF

I donated $29 before this and it worked fine so it shows around 3700 credit, but then I donate $49, which didn't even work yet I still get charged..

 

sometimes paypal defaults to an echeck, and if that happened then u need to wait a few days to get ur credits

Well two things. First off, you might have used an e-check meaning it will take a few more days to get the money back. If not, there donation system must be broken. Aeon's paypal is frozen, so they are using Darrell Jenkin's whoever that is. That could have caused a few issues in itself. Now if it wasn't a e-check, and I honestly do not mean this in a bad way, but I would refund it. You didn't get your credits, and its easy to do. I do not know if you will be banned though, but it is an option available to you if you so choose it

 

Echecks are from banks

I always donate like this using debit card, so if somehow a debit card I bought at Wal-Mart transfers to my personal bank, then I guess it's E-Check...

obviously not echeck since the previous transaction worked

 

Listen. Their paypal is messed up. Sometimes it defaults to e-checks, and sometimes it does not. If you used a debit card, you must have money in that debit card somewhere right? Its not like a gift card or is it? And like I said, sometimes it allows you to use the other one, sometimes it does not. Go onto your paypal account and what exactly does it say to the latest transaction

Well see there is a difference there. I am surprised you were even able to use it here. Exactly which name is it? And did you just go to paypal without using an account and typing in your gift card? or what did you do exactly?

 

I suggest Site staff ban this guy... no1 go to this site its not a aion server but a site that has a trojan injected into it used to steal your aion account info.

See, you can issue an e-check with your paypal funds. Just make sure it isn't an e-check. If it is, then you should be fine in a few days. If it isn't, in all honesty I would dispute it. I can't guarentee you won't get banned, but I do not think you will

Yea, so if you did not get the credits, you could shoot emails at [email protected] or at Carl's PMs, or just refund it. The choice is yours. Second one could get you banned possibly though
