Need help recovering my account.

Hey, I've been inactive for a few months with school and everything and I'm just wondering if there's been a server reset in the last 4 months or something because when I logged into my account, I didn't find my character Synful or my other characters there, but rather free slots on both servers. Any info as to what might have happened? The forum account still has info and proof that I did infact have a character named Synful since I have trade logs from when I was messaging another character concerning a trade. I do think that my account is there, but maybe I'm using an incorrect user ID since when I tried to make a character with the name Synful it said a character of that name already exists. If anyone can help me, I'd appreciate it.

I have read somewhere that if my account has been inactive for long enough, then it's probably deleted, but it doesn't explain why I can't make characters of the same name...

 

if u login to the website and pretend ur buying stuff, ur character should be in the list of characters ur buying for. if its there, then its a client issue, if its not then ur on the wrong account (most likely)

only accounts 7 months old or older get deleted and dont think individual characters r ever wiped

 

No, my characters aren't there anymore and I've tried any password/user combo I can remember ever using and it says no account in database. I had to remake this account on the Gamez website, but not on the forums.

Well, the only two characters there are the ones I made this week on my return to Gamez.

why do u have many accounts btw? anyways if the character still exists, u can ask them to check the IP its been logged from, if it matches urs, they MIGHT give it back to u, but i wouldnt count on it

 

Ah, okay. Well, I think I only had 1 account to begin with, but I thought that I should try all the accounts I've ever had on any game just to make sure that I didn't create another account and forgotten to write it down or something.

Okay, well I still have PMs with two people on the forums who I was trading with and some of the PMs have the names of two of my characters detailed within them.

Anyways, I hope they can find my account and return my characters if possible, if not, oh well. I'll just be training my chanter >.>

 

if ur sure u just had 1 account, tell them bout that account and tell them the character should be on it, ask them if they can check what account its on or if it should be on urs but isnt appearing

anyways if u said u had to remake the account then it doesnt sound good, it might have just gotten deleted and some1 else took the name

 

On second thought, I think the account may have been deleted, but someone else just made a character with the same name as my Assassin. Well, I guess it's just time to start again... It seems the other two characters that I can remember don't exist on the servers anymore, so yeah.... Sorta dissapointed...had quite a bit of useful equipment on the account.
