Account problem

Hello. I'm an old player who recently decided to come back to GamezAion. Now I'm not sure if it's been more than 7 months since my last login. But I know I have been voting for this server even though I was inactive in game, hopefully that counts as activity. In my User Control Panel I can still see my characters and my inventory and stuff so I'm hoping that means they are not deleted from the game. The problem I have is that I can't login game. When I enter my username and password nothing happens and I can no longer select any other option. Like the game froze without... you know actually freezing. Hopefully someone will be able to help me.

 

Is your Aion updated to 2.7? Sounds like it isn't.

 

It is. Fully updated and repaired in NCsoft. Downloaded and installed GamezAion Launcher a couple of times just to make sure everything is ok.

 

Actually never mind. I just created a new account and I have the same problem. Entering the username and password semi freezes the game. There must be something wrong with my Aion folder then. No idea what since I did a clean install and repair. Maybe I'm missing some file that is necessary in order to play on GamezAion? I even tried GamezAION.bat

 

There really can't be nothing wrong if you did a clean install.
Try resetting your computer and try again.

 

Restart didn't help. Actually it wasn't a clear install. It was an update from my previous Aion folder from the start of Assault on Balauera or what ever it's called. That's when I took a break from Aion. I'll try a couple more things and if nothing works I'll do a clean install.

 

I remember back in the day we had to download bin32 and L10N folders from the forums every time we had an update. Maybe I need those now? Could someone give me the links to those folders for the 2.7 if we still do things that way :O
