    Handcraft stuck?

    I'm trying to craft "White Heliotrope" and i only can get this mensage when i try: "you stopped crafting." I know that it have a delay of 1 day to recraft, but when the server restart it shoulb be "clean" again, right? I dont know if is the delay or what, but i wanted to know.. :s

    Unstuck Request

    :sad: here it goes again my Character got stuck...it stop to the character selection and when i click my char and presst start it stop of 5 seconds den after that it directly exits...ahmm Gamemaster or Alente please help me with this problem....hope you can fix my char...:sad: i alredi did unstuck request..

    Log into the GamezAion website and on your control panel there is also an unstuck request. Use that to get better assistance and hopefully faster assistance

    Client still closing after unstuck request

    Ok ive send unstuck request and now my both char is in poeta but when i log in my game client imediatly close after character select download another client and update and after try log again my ganme client keep closing so i made another account to test and on this new account i can login without my game close SO since im not banned i want know what is happening with my account, the only thing i changed on my account is my new vip that i got yesterday.


    @EDIT i can login if i creat another char in the same acount.

    then your character is stuck, you'll need to private message a AM or SAM and talk to them about it to see what they can do for you and hopefully the problem will be resolved soon

    Sadly, your characters are stuck still. I don't have the ability to unstuck them yet myself (should be 'soon'). Though, You need to send an Unstuck request then not log into the characters as it will cancel the request.

    Send me a PM with your stuck character names so I can see if we can get them processed though.

    Client closes at login as charcter is porting in so guessing its stuck. rest of tunes log in fine.

    nahh I already did the unstuck request 3x a day but still my char haven't unstuck yet...wew i can do nothing but to wait 1 month or more wew....

    Alright, I just unstucked your char, try logging in, if not wait untill restart will restart

    Can you remember what happened before you got stuck also do you get a blackscreen or you just get disconnected when you try to log in.
