Why won't this problem go away?

I haven't played Aion for months due to this: "No game server is available to the authorization server." I don't know what the problem is, but I haven't been able to get into the game after trying several fixes from others, and this problem started after the servers got updated to 2.5. I even made a thread about it in the past, but none of their solutions worked. I've tried reinstalling the launcher and the game, repaired the client many times, using a .bat file, and nothing has worked. I've been thinking about this situation for a long time for the past few months, and I cannot believe that i've seen someone else have this same problem, and cannot get it fixed. I even tried the solutions that was in their thread, but nothing has changed. Is there anything else we can do? I feel like i'm at a dead end here with this. :sad:

Is your Region still set to North America on the NCSoft Launcher?
Are you using the Current GamezAion Launcher found on GamezAion.com?

also we are on 2.7 at the moment so you will need to make sure your client is 2.7

 

I made sure the region was set to North America. I have been using the launcher that is currently on gamezaion.com. I also updated my client to 2.7 yesterday, then tried some solutions to see if it would work.

 

i think there's a problem with your gamezaion launcher. you said that you already tried everything and didnt work. How about providing screenshots of your AION folder contents so can see if something missing with your client.

The only difference that I can see between your folders and mine is you have a folder titled "~PS" at the very top. I may be wrong, but you do not need that as your Gamez Launcher is in the main folder. Possibly, if you try deleting that folder, that may be the source of your problems?

 

I think your client isnt completely updated yet, not sure tho x__x. delete your bin 32 folder, repair your client with NCSoft Launcher, then redownload and reinstall your gamezaion launcher. Let's see if it's not client problem.
