I did not receive my credits -_- (Super rewards>mobile>Zong)

    I have donated using super rewards>mobile>zong payment two times and I donated using payment wall>Mobile Telepono ng Pagbabayad(Mobile Telephone for Payment)but the mode of payment was also zong. In my last donation I decided to donate using the payment wall because the Super rewards(zong) is sooo slow in sending me the PIN.

    I donated a total 1500PHP, 500 = 1162 credits with Zong in Super Rewards and 500 = 1132 credits with Zong in Payment Wall. So I donated 3 times; 2 times using Super Rewards(Zong) and 1 time Payment Wall(Zong) because there's no 1500PHP in one donation so I split it up. I received only the FIRST one 1162credits and I received the LAST donation using Payment Wall 1332 credits. My total credit balance as of now is 3504 before the donation it was 1210. So I did not receive my second donation of 500 = 1162 credits.

    Kindly check my recent donation because I don't want 500PHP to go to waste.

    PS. I have already send a private message to Alente and Carl using my main forum account with my Account name last 8 hours ago. But it seems that they don't care because they already got the money or they haven't checked their forum accounts and email address yet.

    Any AM or SAM can help me contact Alente or Carl? This isn't about a bug it's about money and I think they should take this problem seriously. ~.~

    I've forwarded this to Carl/Alente directly. Your problem is being taken seriously, just give them time to deal with the issue.

    I'm sorry, I know it's frustrating but they will PM you once the matter has been investigated.
