Cannot log in.

Well, I can log in, but the username and password screen is as far as it goes. I log in, the form disappears and only the background remains. It will not go to the select server screen, select race or character select screen.

It doesn't give me a message saying I am logged in or anything,the log-in form and side information just disappears and I can only see the background picture.

How long am I supposed to wait? I haven't been around in a few months.
Are the servers currently down or what?
Didn't there used to be a chat box on the forums front page?

is it because of your account or your client? make a new account and test if you can

 

No, I mean, wait for it until you reach the character selection. It's normal for the server after clicking the "Accept" button just shows you background, then it will bring you to the character selection screen.

If it's more than 30 seconds waiting, as you said, you're not around for months, maybe your account is somewhat wiped now.

My new account I made last month also doesn't go past that screen. Been at the screen for 2 minutes or so.

 

Hello, got a problem, when im trying to start the game, got a loadingscreen, and after its just closing.
Installed North America Client, reisntalled client and launcher, but nothing changed.

 

It's possible your client stops responding temporarily after launching. my does this but never really closes unless I agree to allow it to close. o.o''

 

not rly, cause my bad client dont ask me about closing, on loadscreen its just turning off, without any notes.

And im pissed off because of it ))) dont realy now what happening with client, if i open service panel (ctr+alt+del) there is all ok, but it close again, tryid to repair client but this thing again...

I re-installed my client as well, still no help.
Did Gamezaion upgrade from 2.6? If so, how can I upgrade to 2.7?

 

I got 2.7 client ((( so any one can tell us, where is the problem, and mb a solve ?xD

 

Gamez is now 2.7, to upgrade, go to your Aion/NCsoft client and open aion and hit the update button on the bottom left side, and the game will begin to update to 2.7.
