A serious question

did it on my first account, got banned . Ive learnt my lesson lol. And a few people do know what I am talking about. but im gone now so feel free to talk to yourself now

 

You cant expect Carl gives us a list of what he buys for donation money.
We can daydream for it.
We can get only info on technical/server updates.

Also some players get back their money after "their done" or get banned so its hard in this case to distribute the money wise.
He never knows how many people will donate and want the money back =/

ok add 1 of those terms of conduct legal pieces of crap on the main site, say no refunds since ur really donating so u have no legal claim to it anyways (seen people asking wikipedia for their money back? dont think so ) btw i dont think its so unreasonable coz they dont have to mention how much they r getting (or if its really only a little then maybe they should, would kinda tell u why shit aint happening if u include what went back on refunds)

But seriously, I dont think its a bad idea for a list of the items bought for the donations.
Im just saying we can daydeam of it happening.

Donators should really think twice before donating and later QQing.
There should be no option of getting the money back cuz people will abuse it.

 

u know this thread is kinda counter productive, saying people try to get refunds and get them >.> it should be made clear that they cant. like for example id love to see the face of the dell people if i went to them 2 years later and told them im not happy with their laptop and asked for my money back

Donation is seen in law as something that cant be refund.
You give the money not expecting anything in return.
They get credit and still cry...
They make themself at end looking stupid.

I would say that ALL donators are not dontating to help the server but just to get the items/credits. In the end they get the items/credits they pay for. Are these things taken being away when they get the refund? If not then they are justing abusing the "donate" option. And the money that is donated is obviously not used to make this a better server as it is just getting worse. I for one would like to know what Carl is actually spending everyone's money on, hopefully he can just get on here and tell us. Like that will ever happen. . . .

 

evan even if they dont get to keep the items, its still abusing the donations coz technically DONATE means ur not supposed to get anything, also hey i could ask for a refund every time my website gear becomes old and i want a better one. it shouldnt work like this

 

Their gotta be some legal issue , I cant really believe that Paypal is doing that with no reason .

i think the donations should give carl enough money to get his lawyer to figure out a way to stop the refunds, seriously. when u dont have to give people everything back u actually have money to invest into the server

 

We can assume like that for another 6 pages. Carl's opinion would resolve this disscusion.
