    If I use the Wise Dragon cloth on an Asmo char, will it be the white color that shows on Elyos chars or will it be the red color of the Dark Dragon cloth?

    It will have the red appearance.
    Most of the stuff before 2.5 are distinguishable between 2 races (with the exception of pure aesthetic remodels).

    It doesn't depend from which race you are, the appearance will stay equal.
