I need some help here :]

Good evening to all.

I have some need of assistance.

Till not so long i was playing in the pay-to-play NCsoft servers of Aion but lets just say that i'm curently outta cash to play and i was looking for a non-pay-to-play server, till i found this one.
As far as i look into it (from website/forums) it looks cool however my certain problem appears from the installation of the game itself.

I did all, as instructed for the installation.
I downloaded NCsoft launcher, installed it, and when i click on the "Aion" menu into the launcher, so that it can start downloading and later patching the game, i cannot download anything (no download starts at all)

All that it says is " The install information could not be downloaded. Please try again in a few minutes "
At first i thought that the Global servers could be under some maintence and that would be the reason for a "temporary-no-downloading" But it's been like 6-7 hours since i've been trying to download the game and yet, no success.
Any ideas of how long must i wait until i download the game? Or is there any link for downloading the game to the latest version (+patch) ?

 

I'm not sure, have you tried restarting your computer and then turning off your firewall? What's your anti-virus?

 

1. If you've already installed versions of Aion, uninstall them.
2. Uninstall the NCSoft Launcher
3. Restart your pc
4. Install the NCSoft Launcher
5. Change the region to North America
6. Install/Download Aion

If it doesn't work, let us know.
