getting dc

this will be the sixth time now at first i though it only happened in sanctum but it doesn't is there a reason for this. Oh and it says on my desktop when i get kicked out "please send report so we can improve the client."

 

Your internet may be acting up, You might be having trouble connecting to the game, or someone might be logging into your account. If someone knows your password, when they attempt to log in, you will get disconnected. Try resetting your password, resetting your modem/router, and restarting your computer then try to log in and play.
Hopefully, your problem will be fixed. If not, let us know

 

i went ahead and put a new password and i didnt get a email to confirm my account for the new password so its still using my old password. Where do i check for my email information on my account?

 

This would be the seventh time i get dc and i did everything except change my password because i dont get an email to verify my account i guess in order for the account to approve my new password. Im just trying to enjoy the game when all of a sudden i get dc it kinda sucks can someone please help me out.

If you are not getting a confirmation email, perhaps you are using the wrong email that you signed up for GamezAion with, or you will need to report it in this section of the forums:

If you are still getting dc'd, then I am unaware of what you have to do. Perhaps you should try to go into your ncsoft launcher and manually repair it by clicking on the drop down arrow next to Aion. Or, you will have to contact someone with superior knowledge to myself, as I am not too familiar with dc consistency
