Buying item with credit deleted character

    Hey I bought a Archon Tribunus Ruby Ring for 500 credits and yesterday on friday the 13th my character got deleted right when I bought the ring

    Right when I bought it, the character got deleted automatically I do not know who or what happend, but apparently nobody believes me cuz I pm'd the two donation admins about this and nope no response.
