Server going downhill?

I've noticed quite a few threads about Donators asking for refunds. Which I can understand after seeing all the problems that keep arising. So basically I was wondering how much longer do you guys think this server is going to last? What with all the Donators asking for refunds and the more than a few bugs that aren't being fixed. Please try not to turn this into a flame thread as it is just for your opinions.

 

Donations are getting refunded about as much as usual, mostly just more people making a big scene while they do it.

As far as stability issues are concerned we assumed the major core change would address everything - our developers are going through the server logs now to try find the source.

And we applied over 100,000 lines of update code yesterday with some fixes for reemerging bugs hopefully being rolled out today.

people who ask for refund are dumb, its called a donation, not a loan (am i right here? lol) if youre gonna donate and spend money, why the hell are you going to be as dumb as to hack? and wheres the need for hacks anyway? its a private server, stuff comes by easier, and hacking just shows how much you suck at life :>

hey alente i understand it might be confidential but how many refunds r u guys doing per day/per week? simply out of curiosity

 

and Alente, i suggest you put a "No Refunds" tag on your donation page maybe then their wont be as many tards who dont comprehend the word "Donation"

 

It doesn't help when the server logs are full of errors with people trying to dupe items and hack. It's really ridiculous. Approximately 25,000 errors with people trying to split dupe since last night.

Tricking the server into making multiple copies of your item.

 

I only have two questions:

When will all these extreme lags issues and other bugs be fixed?

And how many people do you expect to lose in the time that it is going to take for the fixes to be put into effect?

i belieave that these people that hack are very poor minded and think nothing of the servers instability they just want fast kinah to sell 2 mentally challanged people who are to stupid to vote ^---^

 

yeah the server is taking a huge nose dive in my opinion. Its a great server and they do try to get everything working right but when it needs to be restarted every single night it gets to be a little ridiculous. Hopefully they will get it figured out and restore it to its former glory.
